Play
How do you play?
The idea is simple: you must use the elements of the rooms to solve different clues and puzzles to escape within 60 minutes.
How long does the game go for?
You have 60 minutes, from the time the door closes, to get out.
What happens if we don’t get out?
Don’t worry; we will let you out after 60 minutes. You will then have two choices: let us show you what you missed, or we won’t say anything and you can try the same room again another time.
How many people can play?
We recommend 4-6 but can accommodate larger and smaller groups.
I don’t have enough people to meet the number of recommended players, can I still book?
Yes, absolutely! You may book as many as your party entails (up to the room max).
I have a group that doesn't meet the max room occupancy: can we have the room to ourselves?
Yes. All bookings are private to just your group.
How old do you have to be to play?
That depends. We get 8 year olds that love the game and fully understand the puzzles and what they are trying to do. We also have 20,30,40+ somethings that don't quite catch on. Every person is different and will interpret things differently. Generally speaking between 10-12 is where we find most start to comprehend and enjoy the game.
What skills are required to participate?
Basic reading, problem solving skills, an open mind and a positive attitude.
What time should I arrive?
If you have played with us before, 5 minutes is lots of time to accept payment and a quick reminder of the rules. If you are new to escape rooms, you may want to show up 10 minutes early so we can answer any questions and give you a brief introduction for what to expect. Please note bathrooms are located a few shops away from us at the end of the boardwalk, and not in our facility so please plan ahead accordingly.
What happens if I show up late?
If your entire group shows up late, that time will be deducted off your 60 minutes. If you are part of a group that has already started, we are unable to let you into the room as it will disturb other players who have already started, unless they give us permission.

- We understand that in todays climate, things can change quickly. If for some reason you are unable to make a booking, please advise us as soon as possible. We are in the heart of Cavendish, where people will often stop in to play, and sometimes we have wait lists. The sooner we know of a cancellation, the more likely we will be able to fill the spot. We are very appreciative of this there is no fee.
